Our story…
Sally and Fiona have shared a friendship for nearly two decades, brought together by a deep and enduring commitment to holistic wellbeing. Their bond is built on mutual respect, a shared sense of purpose, and a belief that meaningful mental health support must honour the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Fiona is a registered counsellor with a specialisation in grief and trauma. She brings clarity, compassion, and depth to her work, supporting clients through life’s most challenging transitions. As a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, she also empowers communities with practical tools to respond to mental health crises with confidence and care.
Sally is a seasoned somatic practitioner, Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher who helps individuals to reconnect with their bodies, process emotions and trauma, regulate the nervous system and build capacity to deal with life’s challenges. Her approach is gentle yet transformative, guiding people toward inner calm and embodied resilience.
Together, they’ve created The Wellbeing Partnership, a collaborative initiative designed to foster healthier, more resilient individuals, workplaces and community groups. Their approach is grounded in genuine partnership, offering proactive mental health education, tailored support services, and strategic wellbeing programs. With a deeply personal, inclusive and human-centred ethos, The Wellbeing Partnership empowers organisations to nurture their most valuable asset: their people.
