Coaching for Managers
This confidential one-to-one session provides personalised education and practical support for individuals experiencing perimenopause or menopause. Delivered by a qualified practitioner, the session offers evidence-based information to help build understanding of physical, emotional and cognitive changes, and how these may affect wellbeing, work and daily life.
The session focuses on each person’s unique experience and may include symptom education, practical self-care strategies, lifestyle considerations, work-related supports, and guidance on navigating conversations with health professionals or workplaces.
