Sally became interested in somatic therapy and related practices through her own healing journey from trauma and mental illness. This experience ignited a passion for trauma healing and inspired a deep commitment to support others on their own journeys. She brings together lived experience and professional training in a way that is compassionate, safe, and person-centred, always recognising the unique needs of each individual she works with.

Outside of her professional practice, Sally is a devoted mum to two adult children, a proud dog-lover, and someone deeply passionate about spirituality and making a positive difference in the world.

Fiona made the decision to become a grief and trauma therapist following the death of her mum. She realised that she couldn’t process through the grief alone. She understood the benefit of being able to talk to someone without feeling like she was burdening them. She wanted to honour her mother and decided to use her experience to help others facing the worst days of their lives.

Outside of helping others, Fiona finds joy (and a little insanity) in her 2-year-old pup, Rosie. She loves photography despite not picking up her camera for a while and finds some of that lost sanity at the gym.
