Creating a Psychologically Safe Workplace

Victoria’s Psychological Health Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act place clear legal obligations on employers to identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards, recognising psychological health as equally important as physical safety.

This practical workshop provides a clear overview of what the new regulations mean for your organisation and how to meet your obligations with confidence. Reflection and Planning for Small Business

Our Reflection and Planning for Small Business workshop offers business owners and teams a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and plan with purpose. Held at either end of the year, this session invites participants to explore the year’s successes, challenges, and key learnings. Together, we capture insights that inform growth, set clear priorities for the year ahead, and strengthen team cohesion and commitment. Whether you're closing out the year or launching into a new one, this workshop fosters clarity, alignment, and renewed energy to move forward with confidence.

This interactive mental health and wellbeing workshop supports participants to better understand stress, anxiety and their impact on everyday functioning at work and at home. Grounded in evidence-based frameworks, the session explores the stress response, the difference between stress and anxiety, and common factors influencing workplace wellbeing.

Participants are guided through practical reflection activities, simple grounding and mindfulness techniques, and strategies to recognise early signs of stress and respond proactively. Outplacement Services

Workplace change and role transitions can be challenging for both employees and organisations. Our Outplacement Support Program provides practical, compassionate assistance to individuals navigating redundancy or career change, while supporting employers to manage transitions respectfully and responsibly.

Delivered by experienced practitioners, the program offers tailored support including career planning, confidence building, job search strategies and wellbeing support. Services can be provided one-to-one or in group settings, face-to-face or online, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.
